Body-Based Care

Embodied healing through touch, breath, and nervous system regulation

Listening to the body as a source of wisdom

Body-Based Care offers gentle, consent-led healing experiences that work directly with the body and nervous system. These offerings are designed for those seeking embodied support rather than talk-based guidance, honoring the body as a site of memory, intelligence, and restoration.

This care moves slowly, intentionally, and in relationship with your breath, sensations, and boundaries. Nothing is forced. Nothing is extracted.

Thank you for arriving with awareness.
