As a certified doula, educator, and Indigenous ceremonialist, I walk alongside you through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, offering grounded presence, evidence-based care, and ceremonial nourishment for your spirit. A gentle, connection-centered class for caregivers and babies ages 6–18 months.
This offering lives at the intersection of early development, nervous system care, and relational presence. Mommy & Me Circle is not a performance-based class. It is a soft place to land, move together, and build rhythm with your baby in a way that honors both of you.
We gather in small groups, in shared community spaces, and move through music, stretching, play, and rest at the pace of the babies in the room.
Thank you for considering this circle. It is an honor to hold families in this season.
What to Expect
Each class is structured yet flexible, offering predictability for babies while allowing space for natural variation and individual needs.
During our time together, we may explore:
Music and singing to support early language development
Gentle movement and stretching for caregivers and babies
Gross and fine motor skill development
Phonological awareness through sound play and repetition
Nervous system regulation and co-regulation
Connection, bonding, and community
Crying, feeding, resting, observing, and wiggling are all welcome.
Thank you for trusting this space.
