Where This Blend Came From
Working with plant medicine has never been a trend in my life. It has always been a relationship.
Long before this became something I shared publicly, I was sitting with the plants daily…learning them slowly, building trust, and noticing how they move through the body when given the space to do so.
At a certain point, I asked for guidance. Not in a dramatic way, just a quiet question: what would it look like to create something that could genuinely support people through change?
This blend came forward from that place.
Calendula. Lavender. Butterfly pea. Hibiscus. Mullein.
Each plant carries its own intelligence and way of working. Together, they don’t compete…they support, much like the teachings of the Three Sisters, where each element strengthens the others through relationship.
This was never about choosing what looked good together, even though they do. It was about listening, feeling, and allowing the combination to reveal itself over time.
As the creator of this blend, my role has been to listen, to formulate, and to bring these plants together in a way that honors their individual and collective medicine. I hold that responsibility with the utmost care.
What began as something personal has now moved through many hands, many homes, and many bodies. I am forever grateful that this blend is continuing to be shared in community, including here in Chicagoland and beyond.
This tea is not something I claim ownership over in a hierarchical way. It is something I steward, and something I am in ongoing relationship with alongside the plants themselves.

There is no single right way to do this.
Hot preparation
1 tbsp per 8 oz of hot water
Steep for 5 to 10 minutes
Drink slowly, or don’t. Both are valid.
Cold brew
Add to cold water and let sit overnight
